Have Sex 8 Times A Week

If there's one thing men and women both want, it's more sex. it's no surprise: Most of us put sex low on our list of priorities far below work, sleep , taking care of the kids, and sometimes we admit, watching the game. And while all of those are important things, so is sex: Getting it on burns calories, reduce your risk of prostate cancer, and releases endorphin which improves your mood and helps you relax.

1. Monday - Anti-Stress Sex
The first day of the week has her tension-levels skyrocketing. Ease her into sex by waiting until an hour after dinner, when she's has time to unwind.
